Recipe for
PEACE at Mealtimes
This free resource was created as part of a project to spread helpful information to those who can use it. This information is intended for Hispanic/Latino families of typically developing young children who are picky eaters or showing picky eating behaviors. However, all cultures may benefit from this resource. This resource is not designed for children with developmental delays or other medical complexities. Yet, some of the strategies may still be helpful. Every child and family is unique, we hope that this information is helpful for many families. This information does NOT replace the need for individualized support for those with higher level feeding needs and is not a substitute for medical advice.
